Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery only if the “30-Day Warranty” was purchased at checkout.

The 30-Day Warranty is an optional add-on that allows you to request a return or refund if you’re not satisfied with your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The 30-Day Warranty must have been added to your order

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging

• The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Orders without the 30-Day Warranty are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Please note: Customized or personalized orders, including products with custom uploaded songs or modified content, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos or videos of the issue
